Account & Access

I paid but I do not see access on my account.

Payment confirmation and access provisioning are handled by a webhook from Stripe to QuantegyAI. Under normal conditions this takes two to three minutes after checkout. If your access has not appeared after five minutes, the most common cause is that the email on your Stripe receipt differs from the email on your QuantegyAI account.

Please contact us with both email addresses and your Stripe receipt number, and we will reconcile access within one business day.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password reset page. An email with a reset link will arrive within one minute. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive; Gmail in particular sometimes routes automated mail to spam on first receipt.

Can I share my account with another test taker?

Access is licensed to a single learner per account. Sharing credentials will cause the adaptive engine to blend data from two ability profiles, which degrades the quality of your personalized question selection. If two learners in the same household need access, please purchase two separate passes.

Payment & Billing

What do I get with the 30-Day and 90-Day passes?

Both passes grant full access to every practice question, full-length mock exam, and adaptive learning loop on the QuantegyAI platform. The only difference is duration.

The 90-Day Pass additionally qualifies you for the pass-or-refund guarantee, documented in the Refund Policy.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. QuantegyAI never sees or stores your card number, expiration date, or CVC. Refer to the Privacy Policy for a full description of what we do and do not store.

Do you offer institutional or bulk pricing for schools and universities?

Yes. If you are an educator preparing a cohort of pre-service teachers for TExES Math 7-12, please contact us for institutional licensing terms. Include the number of seats you need and the start date of your program.

Refunds

How do I request a refund on a 30-Day Pass?

The 30-Day Pass is fully refundable within seven days of purchase provided you have answered fewer than twenty practice questions. Email support@quantegyai.com from your account email with your Stripe transaction reference.

What are the conditions of the 90-Day pass-or-refund guarantee?

To qualify for a refund under the 90-Day guarantee, all of the following must be true:

  • You completed at least 200 practice questions during your access period.
  • You scored ≥ 75% on at least two full-length mock exams within the platform.
  • You sat the official TExES Math 7-12 (235) exam during your access period or within 30 days after it ended.
  • You submit your official non-passing score report within 30 days of your exam date.

Exam Content

Which exam does QuantegyAI prepare me for?

QuantegyAI is designed for the Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES) Mathematics 7-12, test code 235. Question distribution mirrors the Texas Education Agency competency framework for this specific certification.

I believe a question has an incorrect answer. What should I do?

Please submit a content report with the question ID (displayed beneath the stem) and a brief note explaining your reasoning. Every content report is reviewed by a subject-matter expert within two business days. If we agree that the answer is incorrect, we correct it and credit your account.

Where does the content come from?

Every question is authored in-house and mapped to a specific TEA competency (Competency 001 through Competency 020). The adaptive engine uses calibrated item-response-theory difficulty values to match question difficulty to your current ability estimate.

Technical & Sync

My progress is different on my phone than on my laptop. Why?

Progress syncs through your signed-in account, not through the browser. If the two devices show different counts, first confirm you are signed into the same account on both. Then wait 30 seconds on the device where you most recently answered questions and refresh the other device.

If the mismatch persists, please contact us with both devices' user IDs from your Profile page.

Does QuantegyAI work offline?

Yes, partially. The application is a Progressive Web App with a service worker that caches the interface and recently viewed questions. You can continue practicing offline for a limited set of questions; scoring and progress synchronization resume as soon as you reconnect.

Which browsers and devices are supported?

Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on desktop, iOS, and Android are supported. QuantegyAI is tested primarily on iPad, iPhone, and standard desktop screen sizes, since those are the most common devices for exam-prep sessions.

Privacy

What data do you store about me?

The full list is in the Privacy Policy. In summary: your email address, your responses to practice questions (for the adaptive engine), and pseudonymous telemetry to improve the platform. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@quantegyai.com from the address on your account and ask for account deletion. We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete the deletion within seven calendar days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
