Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This page explains exactly how our refund policies work for each product.
1. 30-Day Pass — 7-Day Satisfaction Refund
You may request a full refund on the 30-Day Pass if both of the following are true:
- Your request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You have answered fewer than 20 practice questions on your account.
To request a refund under this policy, email support@quantegyai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your Stripe transaction reference, which appears on your receipt.
2. 90-Day Pass — Pass-or-Refund Guarantee
The 90-Day Pass includes a pass-or-refund guarantee. If you do not pass the TExES Math 7-12 (235) exam after genuinely engaging with the platform, we will refund the full purchase price.
To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- You completed at least 200 practice questions during your 90-day access period.
- You scored ≥ 75% on at least two full-length mock exams within the platform.
- You sat the official TExES Math 7-12 (235) exam during your access period or within 30 days after it ended.
- You submit your official score report showing a non-passing result within 30 days of your exam date.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@quantegyai.com with:
- The email address on your account.
- Your Stripe transaction reference or receipt.
- Which refund policy you are requesting under (30-Day satisfaction or 90-Day pass-or-refund).
- For the 90-Day guarantee: an attached copy or image of your official TExES score report.
We review requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
- 30-Day Pass requests submitted after 7 days from purchase.
- 30-Day Pass requests after you have answered 20 or more practice questions.
- 90-Day Pass requests that do not meet the engagement thresholds above.
- Refund requests made due to a change of mind after substantial use of the Service.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, please contact us first at support@quantegyai.com. Most billing questions can be resolved directly and more quickly than a chargeback. Disputes filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
