Payment confirmation and access provisioning are handled by a webhook from Stripe to QuantegyAI. Under normal conditions this takes two to three minutes after checkout. If your access has not appeared after five minutes, the most common cause is that the email on your Stripe receipt differs from the email on your QuantegyAI account.

Please contact us with both email addresses and your Stripe receipt number, and we will reconcile access within one business day.

Use the password reset page. An email with a reset link will arrive within one minute. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive; Gmail in particular sometimes routes automated mail to spam on first receipt.

Access is licensed to a single learner per account. Sharing credentials will cause the adaptive engine to blend data from two ability profiles, which degrades the quality of your personalized question selection. If two learners in the same household need access, please purchase two separate passes.

Exam Prep ($79, 90 days): unlimited adaptive practice, full-length mock exams, interactive explanations, and your missing-points report. All 10 mock forms (A–J) are available on TExES Math 7-12; other exams include full-length mocks sized to their question bank.

Pass Guarantee ($149, 90 days): everything in Exam Prep plus a score-report analysis, a 1-on-1 consult with Dr. Roberts, and the pass-or-refund guarantee (TExES 235 only).

Premium Coaching ($249, 90 days): everything in Pass Guarantee plus three 1-on-1 sessions, a personalized study calendar, and priority email support (a reply within one business day).

The prices above are for TExES Math 7-12 (235). Every other exam has its own (often lower) price, shown before you pay.

All plans include the mission system — gamified, adaptive learning journeys. The pass-or-refund guarantee applies only to the TExES Math 7-12 (235) exam, as documented in the Refund Policy.

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. QuantegyAI never sees or stores your card number, expiration date, or CVC. Refer to the Privacy Policy for a full description of what we do and do not store.

Yes. If you are an educator preparing a cohort of pre-service teachers for TExES Math 7-12, please contact us for institutional licensing terms. Include the number of seats you need and the start date of your program.

All plans are refundable within seven days of purchase provided you have answered fewer than 25 practice questions since buying — free-tier questions answered before your purchase do not count. Email support@quantegyai.com from your account email with your Stripe transaction reference. Pass Guarantee refunds follow the pass-or-refund terms described below.

To qualify for a refund under the Pass Guarantee pass-or-refund guarantee, all of the following must be true:

• You completed at least 200 practice questions during your 90-day access period.
• You scored ≥ 75% on at least two full-length mock exams within the platform.
• You sat the official TExES Math 7-12 (235) exam during your 90-day access period.
• You submit your official non-passing score report within 30 days of your exam date.

The mission system turns your study sessions into short, gamified journeys. Instead of deciding what to study, you tap Continue My Mission and the adaptive engine picks the questions, interactive lessons, and mini-games that close your biggest gaps. Each mission takes 2–5 minutes and ends with a completion screen showing your streak, XP earned, mastery changes, and predicted-score delta.

Answer three questions correctly in a row and you trigger a Hot Streak. Five correct triggers On Fire. Ten correct triggers Unstoppable. Each tier multiplies your XP earnings, so accuracy is rewarded. XP accumulates across sessions and unlocks new skill areas, level-up celebrations, and personal-best records.

Boss battles are mastery checkpoints that combine multiple competencies under time pressure. They appear at the end of a skill area to verify you can apply what you've learned — not just recognise it. Pass a boss battle and that skill is marked as mastered on your knowledge map.

Your predicted score is updated after every question using a 3-parameter Item Response Theory (IRT) model — the same framework behind the SAT, GRE, and TExES itself. It reflects your current estimated ability across all domains. It is an estimate based on your QuantegyAI practice so far—not a prediction of your official exam score. Review the accompanying 95% estimate range and exam-domain coverage; further practice across the domains narrows that range and shows which topics carry the most weight.

Yes. The mission system is designed to keep you engaged, but it doesn't force you into mini-games or boss battles. The core flow is always: question → answer → feedback → next question. The gamification (combos, XP, sound, animations) is layered on top of the learning loop, not in place of it. If you prefer a quieter experience, you can mute sounds and disable animations.

QuantegyAI supports TExES Math 7-12 (235), TExES Math 4-8 (115), TExES EC-6, Praxis 5165, and additional exams. The pass-or-refund guarantee and the 10 mock exam forms (A–J) are currently available only for TExES Math 7-12 (235).

Please submit a content report with the question ID (displayed beneath the stem) and a brief note explaining your reasoning. Every content report is reviewed by a subject-matter expert within two business days. If we agree that the answer is incorrect, we correct it and credit your account.

Every question is mapped to the official competency framework for the selected exam. The adaptive engine uses item-response-theory difficulty values to match question difficulty to your current ability estimate. Each session is wrapped in a mission — a short, gamified journey that targets your biggest gaps with questions, interactive lessons, and mini-games.

Progress syncs through your signed-in account, not through the browser. If the two devices show different counts, first confirm you are signed into the same account on both. Then wait 30 seconds on the device where you most recently answered questions and refresh the other device.

If the mismatch persists, please contact us with both devices' user IDs from your Profile page.

Yes, partially. The application is a Progressive Web App with a service worker that caches the interface and recently viewed questions. You can continue practicing offline for a limited set of questions; scoring and progress synchronization resume as soon as you reconnect.

Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on desktop, iOS, and Android are supported. QuantegyAI is tested primarily on iPad, iPhone, and standard desktop screen sizes, since those are the most common devices for exam-prep sessions.

Email support@quantegyai.com from the address on your account and ask for account deletion. We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete the deletion within seven calendar days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
