1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuantegyAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuantegyAI provides adaptive exam preparation for Texas teacher certification exams (TExES). The Service includes practice questions, adaptive assessments, performance tracking, and educational content.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
QuantegyAI offers paid exam passes:
- 30-Day Pass: $29.99 for 30 days of full access
- 90-Day Pass: $59.00 for 90 days of full access (includes pass guarantee)
Payments are processed by Stripe. All charges are non-recurring unless explicitly stated. Prices are in US Dollars.
5. Refund Policy
30-Day Pass: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you have answered fewer than 20 questions. Contact support@quantegyai.com to request a refund.
90-Day Pass with Pass Guarantee: If you complete at least 200 practice questions, score ≥75% on two full-length mock exams, and still do not pass your TExES exam, you qualify for a full refund. You must submit proof of non-passing result within 30 days of your exam date.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) attempt to circumvent the paywall or access controls; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute the question bank; (d) use the Service to cheat on proctored exams.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (questions, explanations, design, branding) is property of QuantegyAI. TExES® is a registered trademark of Texas Education Agency. QuantegyAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TEA.
8. Disclaimer
QuantegyAI is an educational tool. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing any exam. Your exam outcome depends on many factors beyond practice questions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantegyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
